LANGLOIS NV Cremant de Loire Brut Reserve (Loire Valley, FR)

A classic, traditional method sparkling wine (read: made in the same way as Champagne) from the Loire Valley, France. This wine is made of 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Cabernet Franc - the 3 main grapes of the Loire. The grapes are all hand harvested and the wine ages 20 months. Translation: this is a great wine for toasting a celebration, or to pair with anything salty / fatty.
