LE BERCEAU NV Blanquette de Limoux Brut (Limoux, FR)

Limoux, found in Southern France, is arguably the birthplace of traditional method sparkling wine. When monks from Champagne travelled to Limoux, they learned their methods of sparkling wine production and brought them back to Champagne. This region has a long history of sparkling wine! 
Blanquette di Limoux is thus sparkling wine made in the traditional method, using 90% Mauzac grapes. Mauzac is local to Limoux. It creates a bright, citrusy, zippy sparkling wine at great value. Expect delicate bubbles and lots of citrus and apple blossom notes.
