LOPEZ DE HERIDIA 2012 'Vina Tondonia Reserva' (Rioja, SP)

This wine has a near cult following. It comes from one of the oldest houses in Rioja. The 2012 vintage was notably dry, resulting in a lower grape yield with powerful flavor. The blend is 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and 5% each Graciano and Mazuela. Fragrant with dark berry, plum, sous bois and spicy flavours fresh and silky on the palate, enjoy it now through 2035.
