MAISON AMBROISE 2022 Bourgogne Rouge 'Cuvee Vielles Vignes' (Burgundy, France)

100% Pinot Noir from Premeaux-Prissey, the village bordering Nuits St. Georges.  This is the entry-level Bourgogne from an extremely reputable producer.  This is Bertrand Ambroise, the brother of my mentor, Alain Ambroise, from my winemaking days in Vosne-Romanee at Domaine Clos Frantin.  I've tasted these wines from MAISON AMBROISE on several occasions as a friend & often with American wine journalists/critics.  It's an honor to be promoting this quality at this price point once again!  This Bourgogne gets the same treatment as the Premiers Crus from this property.  That means the price/quality ratio is extremely high!
