MARCEL DEISS 2022 'Alsace Complantation' (Alsace, FR)

A field blend of white varietals made by one of the greats of Alsace. Everything the winemaker touches here is gold, this field blend included. From the producer: "This wine comes exclusively from the vineyards of Domaine Marcel DEISS. It is produced from ripe grapes, vinified with the utmost respect and without oenological inputs. These grapes express the depth of the Alsatian terroir and we are happy to produce a wine that expresses our attachment to our region. 

Lively, fruity nose, mixing notes of lemon, white flowers, pineapple and yellow peach. The palate is nervous and remarkably fruity, combining the fatness, saltiness and sap of a ripe wine with the freshness of a thirsty wine."
