MISSION LA CAMINADE 2020 Malbec-Merlot (Cahors, France)

The wine region of Cahors, southwest France is the spiritual home of the Malbec grape varietal.  Cahors permits the addition of up to 30% Merlot to be assembled (added) with the Malbec.  This particular bottling has a 15% addition of Merlot to the wine.  It adds a flavorful lift to the finished wine that is quite attractive.
