Off-dry. Cool-climate vineyards create just enough acidity to balance sweetness. Bright and elegant with the characteristic Mosel slate stamp. Aromas of crisp apple, lemon marmalade and a handful of jasmine and mandarin blossom along with ginger spice. The mouthfeel is generous with plenty of citrus and tropical notes with honeyed notes and balanced by perky acidity that leads to a long lasting finish.
