Château La Lagune is a winery in the Haut-Médoc appellation of the Bordeaux region of France. The wine produced here was classified as one of fourteen Troisièmes Crus (Third Growths) in the historic Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.  Further explanation is for another day.

MOULIIN DU CHATEAU is the 'second wine' of CHATEAU LAGUNE, meaning this wine is made to complement the 'grand vin' or great wine from the property.  CHATEAU LA LAGUNE is a perennial overachiever.  This second wine of the property is a 2019 and that means it has been in the bottle long enough to start showing bouquet development for your culinary pleasure(s)!  Decant.  Serve as a complement to your meat course presentations.
