MURAI FAMILY Daiginjo Sake 720ml

Daiginjo Sake represents the A-list in the sake world. These are high quality sakes. The Daiginjo category has milling standards of 50% removal and 50% remaining - this particular one raises the standards by milling above, to 45%. In this category, sake makers add a little “brewer’s alcohol” to lighten the brew and bring out more aromatics and softer textures. 

This sake is clean and slightly creamy. Dry, yet mellow, with subtle layers of fruit and spice. Serve room temperature or cold (cold preferably). Try with traditional Japanese cuisine, creamy pasta, or poultry.
