Straight from the mouth of winemaker Matthew Rawn himself, as he did an event here with us at Oly Wines, Matt said that the Hidden Horse Red Blend is meant to be a table wine, one that goes down around a kitchen table, with a movie, without a second thought. He shared that the Red Blend was born of an experiment, where he would bring blends to his family home and carefully watch which one was drunk the fastest. What wine people reached to pour more of without a second thought. The one that one is the one you’re trying - the Red Blend.
