NOTRE DAME DES PALLIÉRES 2023 Sablet 'L'Olivet' (Côtes du Rhone Villages, FR)

Made of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. This is a wine club favourite. It is from one of the Villages that makes up the Cotes du Rhone Villages; the core of the great Souther Rhone wines. This Domaine feels strongly enough about their successful wine from the village of Sablet that they are marketing the wine under the name of the Sablet village - not marketing the wine under the generic 'Cote du Rhone-Villages.' We couldn't agree more with the outcome of this product. It is a gorgeous expression of great price / quality from the Southern Rhone featuring Grenache / Syrah.
