NOVELLUM 2023 Chardonnay (Languedoc, France)

This is a Chardonnay that punches well about its price point. The 2023 vintage is especially juicy, loaded with citrus fruit, hints of stone-fruit, and whispers of honeyed almond / brioche bread. 20% of the wine is aged in French oak, giving just a little bit of complexity without making it an overly oaky chardonnay. Rich, medium-to-full body, and smooth.
