From the producer: "2023 OVUM Gewurz is restrained, elegant and refined. Framed by floral elements, flamed orange peel and flint, this 2023 is different.  Remarkably high in acid for the variety. That acidity is prominent on the palate, giving this bottling structure for aging. It is one of our most age worthy Gewürztraminers to date, and will pair very well with most sushi, roasted veg and fowl, or classic Alsatian cuisine."
