From the historic Scavnio famliy, established in 1921 in the Barolo region. The PRAPO is a showcase of a single vineyard in the Serralunga area of the Barolo DOCG. It is said that to taste Barolo is to taste the unique terroir of the vineyard - and this is so true for the Prapo. Serralunga is home to 12 million year old soils. It creates powerful, strong wine. Notes of forest floor, plums, dark cherry. Grippy tannins & high acid.
