Ah Paolo Scavino.  A name that I always want to have in my shop. This is premium Langhe Nebbiolo made from declassificed Barolo grapes, vinified as Langhe Nebbiolo, in La Morra.  How? Well, the grapes come from 2 vineyards within the La Morra, in the Barolo DOCG, but are made in concordance with Nebbiolo wine-making styles. Aged 10 months in neutral oak. Stunning Nebbiolo.
