PEDRO PARRA 2020 Cinsault 'Imaginador' (Itata Valley, Chile)

Calling Burgundy lovers! Pedro Parra is a genuis worth paying attention to; He’s a geologist with a PhD in Agronomy who consults with some of the most prestigious producers in Burgundy.  The Imaginador is primarily Cinsault, although may have sprinklings of other varietals mixed in. A delicious and tangy cinsault full of wild raspberries, strawberries, flowers and a white sesame note. Chalky tannins are fully dissolved on the ethereal, medium-bodied palate with a nimble, peppery finish. Full of energy, finesse and drinkability here.
