PEYBONHOMME-LES-TOURS 2022 'Le Blanc Bonhomme' (Blaye, Bordeaux FR)

45% Sauvignon, 45% Semillion, 10% Colombard. 

Peybonhomme is a neat producer. Known for being avant-garde, they are putting Bordeaux in classic Burgundy bottles. Certified organic and biodynamic, grapes are hand harvested. The 2022 has beautiful ripeness and density and it really shows the terroir with crisp acidity, lovely white fruit, a hint of pineapple and oak and stony flavors in the finish.
