POLLERHOF 2023 'Vom Löss' (Weinviertel, Austria)

This is a unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc and yellow Muscat from Weinviertel, in Lower Austria. This is Austria's largest growing region.

POLLERHOF can be found but 5 miles from the Czech border, in a bare stretch wiht cellars dug into the ground. Run by the Erwen Poller as a one man operation, he operates bio-dynamically and organically. 

This wine is aromatic and smooth, its got lots of grapefruit and elderflower notes - a great pair with Asian inspired dishes.
