'Pomalo' means to take it easy, to relax, no stress. It conveys slowing down, and is rooted in the coastal / island state of mind of the Dalamatians. The goal of POMALO is to translate this idea into a bottle, while showcasing native grape varietals of Croatia to the world. 

The wine is produced sustainably, with spontaneous fermentation, light sulfur, and light filteration. Expect a fresh, bright and fruity dry wine that feels like summer.
