The QUINTA DA ROMANEIRA dates back to 1757 in the Douro Valley but has been significantly renovated and brought back to new life est. 2004 when winemaker Christopher Steely took over. Replanting old vines, digging out a two-story underground facility for temperature-controlled winemaking & storage... this is only the beginning. What struck us about the wines of QUINTA DA ROMANEIRA was the ability to capture the traditional, sun-soaked and full essence of wine from this region of the world with a modern touch. Made with local grape varieties Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato, and Códega, all harvested in ROMANEIRA's own vineyards.

This wine is fragrant, with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Both juicy and refreshing, drink this on its own or with dinner.
