QUINTA DO INFANTADO NV White Port (Douro Valley, PT)

White port is a rare type of fortified wine. Made Lightly amber in color. It is made the same way at regular Port – by halting fermentation of dry wine by adding brandy. This white port is made using the Rabigato grape, as well as Gouvejo, Viosinho, and Moscatel. It’s nutty, it’s citrusy – and you should try it with tonic and a twist of lemon.
