RAVENTÓS I BLANC 2021 Blanc de Blancs (Penedes, Spain)

Cava is Spain's signature sparkler. Made in the Penedès region of Catalonia, it is crafted in the méthode champenoise. 
The wines of Raventós i Blanc are sourced from vineyards in Penedès' Conca del Riu Anoia, a small geographical area centered around the River Anoia Basin, between the Catalan pre-coastal and coastal ranges. 
This wine is fresh and focused, mineral forward with aromas of tangerine, ripe yellow plum & blanched almond.
