SACRED SHORE 2023 Sangiovese Rosso 'Treos Vineyard' (Willamette Valley, OR)

SACRED SHORE is a passion project of two friends (a winemaker and wine industry pro) looking to make Spanish style wines in OR. They got sidetracked by the opportunity to make wine using some incredible Sangiovese growing in Treos Vineyard, South of Monmouth on Airlie road. Here, cooler temperatures from the Pacific winds & marine sediment give the wine a great character. What's more - this is the same clone of Sangiovese as the famed Brunello di Montalcino. 

The Rosso is fruity, grippy, herbal and everything you want of a young Sangio.
