SANDRONE 2021 Nebbiolo D'Alba 'Valmaggiore' (Piedmont, IT)

From an icon in Piedmont, this Nebbiolo comes from a high altitude site with sandy soils, creating the conditions for a structured Nebbiolo. Aromas of red fruit, roses & violets. Red fruits on the palate, with notes of tobacco, spice and mineral notes. Tannins are rounded, acid is bracing and fresh. Graphite on the finish.
