SANGUINETO 2022 Rosso Toscana (Tuscany, Italy)

100% Prugnolo Gentile, a rare red varietal found in the eastern reaches of Tuscany.  This is old school winemaking all the way.  Young vines planted in sand/clay.  Organic (not certified).  Glass-lined cement fermenters, steel & 12 months aging in Slavonian barrels of various size.
