We have been loving Pinotage lately – and so have you all. This Pinotage represents great value. It sources from Fair Trade certified vineyards in the Swartland region of South Africa. Minimum prices are set for the grapes, a percentage of the profits go to community projects such as schools and clinics. ‘Six Hats’ is a reference to the six principles – partnership, potential, change, equity, dignity, and sustainability’ – of Six Hats. Nothing to argue with there! This wine is medium bodied with lots of black fruit notes. Try it with bbq.
