SoHo - South of Hungary. This is the name of the winery, and a nod to its location just South of the Hungarian border.

This dry, sparkling Croation wine comes from Fericanci, Slavonia, Croatia. Here, exceptional quality volcanic and sandy soils with white clay stones sit atop a bedrock of slate and granite. Read: great base for great wine.

SoHu farms with no irrigation and sustainable practices. Grapes are hand-harvested early for high acidity and lower sugar to achieve a refreshing low alcohol. This sparkler is made using the Charmat (aka 'tank') Method, which is the same method as Prosecco. This method ensures lighter bubbles, lots of fresh fruit notes, and easy drinking.

Grasvina is the varietal, also known as Welschriesling. It has a great fruit profile and high acidity, making it great for sparklers. Expect yellow fruits, citrus, green apple and cherry flower notes.
