ST. INNOCENT 2024 Pinot Gris 'Grauburgunder' (McMinnville, OR)

'Not So Innocent' Grauburgunder is the German word for Pinot Gris, and also means "Great Burgundy". This wine was inspired by Weingut Friedrich Becker in the Pfalz region of Germany. The color is a gorgeous deep pink, reminiscent of a deep rose wine. This is due to the deep, copper colored skins of the Pinot Gris grape. 

Fruity aromas a strawberry, raspberry & clementines meets a subtly peachy / red fruit palate. Dry, bright, balanced... this wine is incredibly versatile. We want it with anything from a light salad to a smash-burger.
