TENUTA PEDERZANA NV Lambrusco Semi-Secco 'Margherita' (Emilia-Romagna, Italy)

Lambrusco is a unique category of sparkling red wine.  We use Lambrusco at Oly Wines to introduce people to wine coming from one of Italy's greatest food emporiums (Emilia-Romagna. Yes, it is fantastic with pizza, pasta, charcuterie, etc. 

 This wine is 100% Gasparossa di Castelvetron fermented in stainless steel, with a two day maceration then aged in cement for six months.  Margherita is the winemaker's granddaughter.  Ruby red wine with purple foam - a fruity wine with notes of wild cherry & cola.
