The Chook NV Sparkling Shiraz is an interesting and unique wine. This Australian sparkling red is made from Shiraz grapes, which are known for their rich, full-bodied flavors. 

Deep red in colour with a lively mousse. Red berries, plums and spicy peppery notes on the nose. Rich and fruity flavours of dark berries and chocolate. 

Pairs well with a variety of foods, including BBQ or even rich, creamy cheeses.
