60% Grenache 40% Syrah.  Aromas of Bing cherries and macerated strawberries mix it up with black pepper, bittersweet dark chocolate and a meaty note that suggests ribs cooking on an outdoor grill. More blackberries on the palate, with dark plums, thyme, rosemary and spicy paprika note. A smooth, soft mouthfeel with tangy acidity and silky tannins.
