TWO MOUNTAIN 2022 Estate Merlot (Yakima Valley, WA)

 Two Mountain Winery is helmed by brothers Matthew and Patrick Rawn, fourth-generation Yakima Valley farmers. Named for the views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier seen from their Copeland Vineyard, the winery reflects a minimalistic, hands-in-the-dirt philosophy. They are Washington State’s first certified sustainable vineyard, to boot.

Notes of dark cherry and ripe plum with subtle earthy tones. The 21-month barrel aging (in French, American, and Russian oak) adds layers of vanilla, cocoa, and spice. Smooth, medium-bodied & ideal with dinner.
