Finally, the ROSE counterpart to our favorite, award-winning white txakoli! TXOMIN EXTANIZ is indeed at the top of their game when it comes to the bright, slightly spritz-y wines of the Basque region. This rose, like it's white cousin, is refreshing and bright. Subtle cherry & ruby-red grapefruit notes & sea-salt salinity, with an off-dry palate (read: slightly sweet). Drink ice cold, and enjoy.
