VIN SACRUM 2022 Garnacha ‘Los Chacayas’ (Uco Valley, Argentina)

From the high altitude Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes. This area of Argentina is known best for its Malbec – but there is so much more to discover. Eduardo Solder started VER SACRUM with two friends in 2012 with the concept of growing and making Rhone varital wine. Thie winemaking ethos focuses on fresh, low alcohol wine with lighter skin contact for easy drinking. All grapes are hand harvested and most are foot crushed, with minimal intervention. We think this Garnacha is pretty as can be, and we want to drink it all summer.
